Yay! It's FRIDAY!!

Usually, Friday is just another day, but I'm at one of the daughter's babysitting. And Friday means that I will not have to get up at 6 am to get the granddaughter ready for school tomorrow! I can sleep in! WoooHooo!! It's quiet here with nobody here but me! I'm watching some television and catching up on notifications here at the Lot. After school pickup, I will get the little one ready for her weekend visitation with her dad. We have to drive 2 hours to meet him half way. My grandson is supposed to come and ride with us and then we will grad dinner on the way home. My husband had planned on bringing the grandson his dorm refrigerator that we got for him, but it is storming at our house, so not sure if he will make it in time for the drop off. I would love it if he makes it because this ex makes me nervous and I've been thinking for a month that he will try something this weekend. What is everyone doing today? Going out tonight (for the younger generation)? Going out to dinner? Or just staying at home? Photo Credit: Pixabay: Public Domain

I hope everything goes smoothly. 2 hours each way is quite a trip. Absolutely nothing going on here.

But better than taking turns doing the whole trip!! It won't take long for him to give up his visitations. He gave up his two sons after his first divorce. He really needs to get his act together, but that doesn't seem to be happening.

@LindaOHio Have my daughter filed for divorce, he gave up his two sons from previous marriage. He has a new live in girlfriend now and it's been over a year. If she get pregnant that will make #4 for him and he may follow suit and let this one go. No problem, she will be adopted by step dad here who actually gives a &@mn!

I hope the handover doesn't cause any dramas. That would be awful to have to deal with.

Friday was good. Now I can fret over him bringing her back. I think he is in more trouble with the law now and can't drive with suspended driver's license. He had a friend driving him. At first said the friend was picking her up and that was a ll@!! NO. Who in their right mind would hand over a child to someone they did not know??

@kareng No-one would. I read where she was picked up okay. The whole situation must be a worry.

I hope everything goes well and the ex doesn't try anything shady. I have no idea. I'd like to go do some shopping but I don't know when Pretty will wake up or if she'll want to go out and do anything.

Oh I hope the handoff is uneventful today. That's quite a drive.
