Weird Goings on in the Park

I happened to find myself in the park, sitting and enjoying nature for a bit, when I observed a parks truck appear. One blonde woman got out and proceeded to dig a hole, and when she was done, another blonde woman got out and put the dirt back in the hole. I scratched my head wondering what they were up to. They drove a little farther into the park and the same thing happened. The first blonde got out and dug a hole and the other one got out and put the dirt back into it. By the third time I saw this happen my curiosity got the better of me and so I walked over to them and asked them what they were doing. "We're planting new trees," one of the women told me. I was perplexed. "But I have only seen you dig a hole and then you putting dirt back into it. Where are the trees?" The first blonde woman smiled and said, "Oh, we're actually a crew of three, but the other girl who plants the trees called in sick today."
