Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. Happy Labor Day! Today is the informal end of summer here in the US. Ugh. It is back to reality (work) tomorrow. It is 67 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is just 75 which is not normal for this time of year. I slept until about 8am. Tomorrow I get a mini-break as I have to be at work by 8. I'll set the alarm for 6:30. Wednesday though? Alarm at 5. I'm not a morning person but I'm also not a late night person. I'm happy to be done with work by 2pm but ugh the early mornings are rough. I have someone coming here to do my hair at noon so I don't know if I'll make it to the pool today. I'd like to get over there but we'll see how long she takes to get the job done. So no big plans for the day aside from getting my hurr did. I need to order a few things from the grocery store and make a loaf of milk bread to prep meals for the week. Ugh. Where did my summer go? What's everyone else up to today?

If she does something different to your hair get a picture! You’ve gotten some cool stuff done to it. You already know I’ll be resting. Probably doing surveys up a storm for vacation. I’ve already decided I’m not putting a dime on my credit card unless it’s an emergency. I don’t need souvenirs when I can just get pictures.

Not planning to have anything crazy different done. It is INSANE how light my hair has gotten in like a month and a half. The grays aren't even upsetting me as much as the freaking blonde hair. It needs toner STAT. I hope she can do some tinsel though. I need some sparkle in my life.

@AmbiePam I always want the tinsel! The girl last time put some in but it fell out within like 2 weeks. Chantal would tie that stuff in so tight it would last for 3-4 months.

Just ate. I was going for a walk, but my foot is aching from yesterday’s walk so I will do what the podiatrist said and rest it today. I’ll probably stick a hoodie in the washing machine, too. If I wash one a week they’ll be all ready for the cooler (and colder) temps.

Good morning! It is 66F in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high is supposed to be 76F but it's already raining here so who knows what the temp will be by this afternoon. The forecast is showing rain/storms all day. We shall see what happens. Pretty is asleep but I sent her a text saying I wanted to go pick up cinnamon rolls from the expensive grocery store when she wakes up. Hopefully she'll wake me up so we can go do that. I hope you have a wonderful day today.
