Firefighters in Ohio rescue a fawn who was in a storm drain

Firefighters in Cincinnati Ohio answered an emergency call from eyewitnesses when a fawn was seen in a storm drain on Friday August 29.
Cincinnati firefighters Captain Eric Uhlhorn and his assistant Eric Figueroa were able to rescue the fawn out of the storm drain.
The fawn was not injured when he came out of the storm drain and reunite with his mother on Ridge Road in Oakley on Friday evening.
How did the fawn get into the storm drain is not known at this time.

The fawn probably didn't see the drain. They aren't watching for such things like a human might.

It was good that they used two strong looking men to extract the deer from the storm drain, as if only one man tried it, the deer might have lashed out, and kicked him hard.

That is a sobering fact that animals are losing their homes.
