Are you bothered by spam calls. I tell you they get on my nerves. I bet I get 50 a day. I have to keep checking my phone, and deleting them, if I don't I'd spend most of my time deleting them. It is not so bad on the weekend, but come Monday morning about 8am it be on. Even when I am on a call, people can't hear me when a spam call is coming in. I was wondering if it is only me, I'm sure it is not. So how do you handle spam calls, maybe you can help me. Have a great evening.

I have fun with them.
I say i can’t talk for long as I’ve got a lot of blood to mop up and ask them not to tell anyone.
I start asking them questions ….how long they have worked for the company….what hobbies they have ….
I say I am ordering a takeaway and what do they suggest ?
I told one man I didn’t have a washing machine …..he asked how I washed my clothes ….i said clothes ! What clothes, I don’t wear any …. He soon put the phone down
I say ….oh thank goodness you phoned ….im doing a crossword and I’m stuck on a few clues ….can you help ?
I say ….Accident ! Oh if you say so I must have had one ….what happened ….did I survive ?

Really cool answers. But they're bothersome.

That's funny but I don't want them calling me ever again so I'm happy my phone company blocks them for me. I don't have to talk to anyone in most cases.

@popciclecold That’s rough. I get hardly any now but I treat them as a source of fun if I chose to answer them. Quite often I start to sing to the caller and if they are wanting me to answer market survey questions I tell them I charge £3.50 for each answer, payable in advance. If they ask how I am I start to tell them about my bouts of vomiting and diarrhoea- the explosive kind, and in Technicolor. Another great one is to say “I’m on the toilet right now, can you call back later?” Maybe this is why I don’t get so many any more.

I also receive plenty of those! It's terrible! Now, I block them. There is a setting on my phone to block spam text and calls.

@popciclecold - Do it, now here in Europe there is a new law against those spammers.

I don't get that many but I constantly block the numbers they use. It seems to have helped

I screen my calls and don't answer unless I know the caller.
