Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 60 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 79. Sweet! I was up later than I planned last night. I also was up like every 2 hours to pee. (not sure what is up with that) I have an app on my Apple Watch that tracks my sleep. It just said my sleep quality was 82% higher than usual which is surprise but cool. Today is going to be tough for my family but I’ll write more about that after work. I’ve already received some supportive texts. No big plans for the afternoon which is fine with me. I might make some banana bread to bring to work tomorrow. I’d rather do that than throw them away. What’s everyone else up to today?

Morning... It is 65F in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high is supposed to reach 85F today. It may also rain/storm so we'll see what temp we end up getting here. When was the last time someone checked your blood for uric acid content? If you aren't drinking more than usual, you should ask for a urine test to see if there's a problem, in my opinion. I hope you're not having any physical problems... My eyes are open so I'll call the garage this morning and get a jumpstart for the car. Pretty needs to go get blood work done and we should go grocery shopping. We're needing several non-grocery items from Wally World while we're there. Hugs to you today. I know it can't be easy.

Chance of rain: 100% 18°C/65°F And today is the third attempt to get my teeth 'cleaned'... will it stop raining in an hour when I have to head out? I did finally get a raincoat but not sure how well it'll hold up to this, at times, Niagara Falls-like deluge.
