Pets are crazy...
This morning I broke the heart of my Chichi. Chichi doesn't get along with Poochi. Poochi dominates her attacks her...snatches away her food.
But Poochi is loved because she can be well behaved in human terms. She does not bark randomly doesn't chase vehicles. And has golden retriever genes...so they are natural at pleasing people.
Chichi...is naive...so when I take treats, I am sure Poochi will get two and my Chichi will get only one....that is how the folks whom I have given the charge of feeding these two do their job.
Of late, my Chichi does follow me around, and looks for me in front of our building....in the morning, hoping I will come out and play with her...and if I pet Poochi, she becomes sad.
I am torn. I love them both. I would carry guilt of not petting Poochi. I carry the guilt of petting Poochi.
Do multiple dog owners face this? I just want Chichi to feel loved. How to do that? HELP.

They are mongrels. I should think Chichi is Corgi cross...with Indian Pariah, so she is shorter. Whereas, Poochi is golden retriever cross Indian pariah. So she is taller and heftier. Chichi is naturally inclined to chase cars and two wheelers, and also chases people who carry bags. But only in the territory she believes to be hers.

My In-Laws have pet dog.
He name is lucy.He so furious and doesnot allow anyone in the home to sit together.Every one should love him.and wander along with him.He wants everybody's attention for him.I feel jealous
that he has that much value and demanding nature.But we being humans do not that much commanding 
I sometimes ignore him and make him feel annoyed.He understands everything and when every one leaves on work.He undoubtedly attacks me.I'm so careless for his love due to his attitude.

Chichi sniffs at my dress and moves away if she gets the smell of Poochi on it. I am really torn. I tried ignoring Poochi...she gave me that look...what did I do wrong....and that haunted me for four days...but today, it is Chichi who is on my mind. Her helplessness is getting to me.

I'm sure they will feel love as you are displaying it. That stops/changed when you give your attention to the other animal. I think that is just the way their little psyches work.
