What is the last CD you bought? Do you ever buy CD's now?

I think the last one I bought which was a few years ago was Bob Dylan's Hard Rain, I bought it for one song Lay Lady Lay which I heard in a movie, (although I knew the song previously) I was enamoured of it. However, the version in this CD is not very impressive. I don't know if it was the echo chamber or what, but it was so much better in the movie. Maybe it was sung by another artist. I read the Byrds also did it, but the version I heard sounded like Dylan. Sigh! I also bought Green Days hits, not super long ago, but it came to a bad end. I had a few I had mishaps with over the years.

About five years ago, my oldest son bought me a James Taylor CD. That was when I still had my Jeep, which had a CD player in it. My current vehicle is not equipped with one, I guess the makers of today’s cars think everyone has a playlist with their favorites. However, I am simply thankful to own a newer and more reliable vehicle at this point so I am not complaining!

My current car has a CD player, but not complaining as it gives me a chance to play mine. I also have a player in the kitchen and my bedroom.

I was surprised it wasn't included in the car, I didn't realize that now they don't always put them in. But I drove my Jeep for years and years and I guess I just got used to having one.

My car doesn't have a cd player, so I only buy cds to sing with. My desktop has a cd player. I listen to music on Spotify.

I used to have Spotify on the Kindle, but I listen to music on Alexa alot.
