Of apple butter. I am done with that now because I am out of brown sugar. And I still have apples left. So tomorrow I think I will make some apple jelly. I put some of it in a couple of small jars with a cute lid. I will give those to my cousin since he wouldn't let me pay him for the apples. I am also running out of jelly jars so some of the jelly might end up in pint jars. I also got distracted and didn't do anything with Halloween decorations. Instead I got more hen and chicks transplanted. Also some of my walking onions. That emptied one wooden planter that is going bad. I still have to get the onions out of another one. I hope to get that done tomorrow. I also found a prickly pear cactus growing under the picnic table. I will have to get it out later. Hope you had a good day.

My husband always wants to come with me, after a while he starts asking if we have finished, I get annoyed, fold my list and there are always a couple of things missing.

Years ago I would buy large baskets of apples of different types and store them in the garage. Over the fall, winter and spring, Pretty and I would work our way through the bushels of apples... The last time I did that, we only ate a few of them so I've told Pretty she'll just have to buy them at the grocery store because I won't help her eat them anymore. (I still love peaches but am just not interested in eating apples anymore.) I slept a lot today and listened to several good YT channels this afternoon. I didn't try to go back outside. The storm door scraped up my legs pretty good. I already have black and blue striped down my left leg now.
