I had mentioned how I had the online vet visit and had to use an online pharmacy for the order. This pharmacy has been very pokey with getting the order shipped and I have called them a few times. Well finally the order is slated to go out tonight. I did talk to a very nice supervisor at Blue Rabbit, who apologized for the delay, and said she would refund my shipping fees. That is really great! She is also trying to make sure she talks to the warehouse and gets their assurance it will go out tonight, but she says it is in the final stages..it just needs a tracking number attached.

They seem nice there. They have a 5/5 rating there, which must be due to customer service. It sure isn't for their shipping speed!

Yeah, UPS shouldn't take too long, but I have no idea what state the warehouse is in.
