I Had a "ME" Day Thursday!

Today was the day that two of my high school girlfriends and I had penciled in a lunch date so I took today off as a "Me Day!"
We met at a nice restaurant in St. Francisville, LA called The Francis. It's a quite large restaurant for a small town like St. Francisville, but they always have a nice draw of customers. It was the first time for all 3 of us to go there.
This place has a tall ceiling with two dining areas divided by a wall, an upstairs dining area and a courtyard outside of outdoor dining.
We all enjoyed our food and our time together remembering old times and catching up on each other's lives.
I had crab au gratin, loaded potato and lima beans. One friend had fried eggplant and lima beans and the other friend had a loaded hamburger with jalapeno peppers.
