With so many people deported, and few entering, there will be a shortage of workers in America. This will lead to having to open factories in other countries If parents are so stupid as to not vaccinate their children this will lead to an enormous death toll. When Trump leaves office the mess he made will take decades to repair. Firstly, people will be reluctant to migrate to the US. This means the rest of the world can recruit them. Secondly, trading with the US will have, due to those 'beautiful tariffs' , tumbled so that even when the tariffs are removed the alternative markets will remain first choice. Trying to return to what existed before Trump entered office will not be easy. With so many national agencies closed or understaffed, it will be difficult to regain staff. So America's economy will flop,

Yes. Unfortunately, it's going to take more than just bringing down the current regime to restore what trust the global community previously had in America. The US Constitution has failed. The political opposition needs to understand that America is now in a revolutionary situation. At the moment, it's a fascist revolution and it needs to be stopped by a liberal democratic resolution. Apart from repealing all of Trump's decrees and putting the traitors on trial, the next government is going to have to initiate a new constitutional convention. Start with a blank sheet of paper, same ideals as the previous constitution, but with the benefit of experience. Try to set up a new system that doesn't allow so much power to be concentrated in the hands of the President of the day (or whoever controls him). Even then, it'll take years for trust to be re-established and the international community to satisfy itself that America is again a stable republic. In the meantime, America will be operating at a severe disadvantage in terms of international trade and diplomatic influence. There are no shortcuts.

that is true. The fact that in Brasil they prosecuted in the US they reelected emphasises what is happening. And remarkably, America doesn't seem to realise what has happened

Trump has done all he can to hurt the U.S. He is the most selfish and ignorant president we have ever had. And, yes the mess he has made will take a long time to repair. That is why I am so very eager to get him out of office and some one in office who actually cares. People are reluctant to come here as tourists. Afraid they will be kidnapped off the streets by ICE.

What a load of crap. We have plenty of able bodied workers here. Where do you even get this garbage from? We're the world's largest economy with a $35 trillion GDP. China trails us at $19.5 trillion. Just over here shaking my head.
