Thank God I found the coffee

This morning I realiWd to my dismay I was down to the last of my coffee. Actually friend bought some for me
when he was down here last week, but he accidentally took it wiith him so off teh Foodd Lion I went. I had a video project I was doing there so I was focused on that. Anyway when I got home and was looking in the bag it wasn't there. I was really hoping it hadn't rolled out of the bag because I had a large box I was bringing in. Fortunately, my morning will not be out if sync. I found the coffee

That should be your drink of choice. I was reading most people are deficient in Magnesium. Who knew?

You may find your headaches reduce with consuming more magnesium. Tell me more about coffee with magnesium.

@GardenGerty This is the box I got off Amazon. It’s not bad at all, and since Magnesium Glycinate is the one my neurologist originally told me to take, I tried it.

@snowy22315 He had a coffee at 7am a few morning ago then had to go to about 11am the next day before he was allowed another. He had to cut out all caffeine before an angiogram. He was really hanging out for that next one! lol

I found two cans of hash in the back of my car yesterday. We stocked up on coffee before all the tariffs started.

Glad that you found it.
When I was grocery shopping yesterday morning, I noticed that Maxwell House was still on sale for 17.99 but the other brand, Nabob, which I prefer, was marked at 32.99. I cannot afford that for a tin of coffee.
I remember years ago when coffee spiked, I used to buy a jar of instant coffee to make a cup in the afternoon. It was called Sunrise, it was blended with chicory, and it wasn't terrible. I have to remind myself of that option whenever I see the price of a tin of ground coffee.

Switching to instant would be a sorry state of affairs, but it could come to that, or tea Now Trump is fighting with Venezuela. I don't know if we get any coffee from them, but if we do it could go even higher. Pres. Trump strikes again..

I am lost without coffee, so I totally understand how you felt. Thankfully, it was there!
Honestly, coffee seems to go up in price every week. The prices are just wild.
