Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 67 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 74. Can’t complain about that.
I went to bed around 8 last night but wound up texting my ex for awhile so I fell asleep later than that and I am feeling it. 
I hit snooze twice this morning and got to work just as the bell rang.
The students had all of Friday’s class to work on an assignment. No one finished it so I told them I’d give them some time today. It took 1st period another whole class to get it done. Soooooo today is going to be long and annoying.
After school I have the first meeting of the baking club. We’ll see how that goes. It is just an organizational meeting so we won’t be making anything today.
No big plans for the afternoon beyond that. My ex might swing by after work to put up the new TV. He said he would let me know as he gets further into the work day.
What’s everyone else up to today?

Good morning... We started our day here at 71F and are supposed to reach 93F. I'm ready for some of the nice weather you keep getting there!
We don't have anything planned for today, unless Pretty wants to go get her blood drawn. I do need to go out, start the car and let it run for a while to make sure the battery stays up so we don't need another jumpstart.
Tomorrow I have an ultrasound on my thyroid at the hospital. My regular doctor is concerned since it hasn't been checked this year. (Our car wasn't running and I didn't want to go see the old Endocrinologist anyway. That man doesn't know what he's doing. I've said that since I started seeing him four or five years ago but Pretty wouldn't let me change to a different one until now. My first appointment with the new Endo is in November. NOW, since the eye specialist also says the old Endo is an idiot, Pretty is finally letting me switch to someone else.)
