Authorities rescue a man trapped in a tube slide in Connecticut

I am sure that a 40 year old man who was trapped inside of a tube slide at a playground in Vernon Connecticut was lectured by firefighters and police officers who answered an emergency call on Saturday August 16 when the man was wedged in the middle of the slide tube.
The playground was in the Northeast Elementary School when the firefighters set up ventilation to keep the trapped man from overheating.
Firefighters had to remove a portion of the slide tube so that the man who was stuck in the middle of the tube slide could be released safely.
After the rescue mission was successful, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) persons checked the man who refused to be taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries in the ordeal which took about 30 minutes to be rescued.

I am sure that the firefighters told the man that he should know that the tube slide is for kids and not for adults.

That is a good warning for fathers who want to follow their kids down a slide tube, if you are a large man, you might get yourself into trouble by doing so.

We had a friend who went in a tube slide with his little boy. He nearly got stuck too but was able to free himself. He was worried about his son going on his own.
