Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 76 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. Tonight's low is 59. I'll keep the windows open. 
Work was busy today. I'm glad tomorrow is Friday. After work I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. It was with the owner who is a guy. Boy did he take "deep tissue" seriously! 
I was surprised that I didn't wind up jumping off the table when he was massaging my butt. I thought for sure the sciatica would cause unbearable pain but it didn't hurt at all. It hurts more now as I sit here typing than it did when he was actually massaging the areas.
I am just sitting down for a bit to catch up on the news and InternetLand. Then I'll get going on dinner. What's everyone else up to?

I can’t remember, have you ever seen a chiropractor before? You’ve got so many health things going on it would be great if one would actually be taken care. When I was 25, and walking with a cane, after three visits with a chiropractor I didn’t need the cane anymore.
You really make me want a deep tissue massage! Maybe someday!
I had to run to my friend’s house to drop off my dog because she couldn’t get a dog she just rescued from getting to her goats. That kept her from coming to my apartment.

I'm listening to it thunder outside. It's been happening for almost an hour but still no rain... I can't even see the lightning. Trees are blocking the view. *sigh*
