Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 83 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. It is gorgeous out there!
I'm done with work for the day. There were no students today. It was just meetings. The only interesting (and frustrating) thing was a presentation on AI. I have not ever used it for work (or much of anything else) so I had no idea what I was doing when they gave us time to try a few sites out. We asked the supervisor if we could have a more in-depth training on ways to use it because 30 minutes was not enough time. I will mess around with it on my own here over the weekend.
Surprise surprise no one came to fix the dishwasher today.
I'm so over it. I have to cook dinner which means more dishes to hand-wash. I truly hate hand-washing dishes.
No big plans for the afternoon aside from putting the dishes I washed last night away, refreshing the sourdough starter, and making said dinner. For now though I'm just sitting down and catching up on the news and InternetLand.
What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

The only exciting thing I'm doing today is showering. That takes about 3 hours from start to finish. I have to run water so it heats up; and then it takes me forever to shower, get dressed, etc. It won't be very long until I need some help with all of that.

Well...after lunch I shopped, got some birdseed and a chair. I went to bed and took a nap. Then I had dinner and put an ergonomic chair together. Now I'm getting ready to post the Wednesday music prompt in our group. Yawn, it was boring.

Look at your apartment lease and see if there is a time limit for fixing appliances. Sometimes there is, as laws differ on this by state. Three weeks is more than enough time!!
