Good Morning 9/24

Technical difficulties this morning on two fronts. I think I am going to have to go to the library. I am having problems with something that should be easy. I also managed to break something this AM..so not a good morning. I did get my auto insurance switched though. Now that was easy! I also have some muscle pain in both shoulders from getting my flu and Covid shot yesterday. How did your morning go?

I am sorry for your muscle pain. I have a serious back pain, may be it's the bad weather and the high humidity, but it's annoying.

That sounds miserable. Were you over using it yesterday, or slept wrong or something? The shoulder pain isn't too bad, they don't hurt if I am not using them.

@snowy22315 - I woke up that my back already hurt and during the day I lifted an heavy box, I know I should had not.

You have to go back into the bed and get back up again so that your day turns around. I just received a quarterly award for my achievements at work, so I am on Cloud 9. Your shoulders should be back to normal in a day or 2.

@Juliaacv Not tired here just frustrated, and this annoying tinnitus not ringing, but pulsing makes it worse. If I am under stress it will always kick up.

I had no trouble getting the high dose and getting them together last year. I got sick this week so have not had mine this year. My doc recommends them together. She also says I have no indicators to get the RSV and side effects can be serious so no RSV.

I think I got them together last year and didn't have issues. Maybe this was a different formula

I was supposed to take the dog to get groomed, but that didn’t work out. So, I’ll be doing that tomorrow instead. I’m sorry that you might have to go to the library though.

Thankfully I never had any real issues with Covid and flu shots. Maybe a sore arm if I laid on it.

I hope that your day gets better. My husband is working and I am eagerly waiting for him to get home. We are headed to West Virginia in the morning. Just need to load our car.

I'm sorry about our shoulders. Both of mine are screwed up. I was just about to take a pain pill. Today I go to the lawyer to get my will redone.
