There have been several famous pop culture cats in years gone by. Here is the list of some of the favorites:
* Grumpy Cat from 2012 Reddit days.
* Salem from Sabrina, The Teenage Witch TV series that aired from 1996 to 2003.
* Garfield, the cat from the comic strip of the same name that debuted in 1978.
* Morriss the cat that was in 9Lives television ads debuting in 1968.
* Hello Kitty from the merchandise franchise that began in 2014.
* Mr. Jinx from the movie Meet the Parents in 2000.
* The Cat in the Hat cat from the 1957 Dr. Seus tale.
* Felix the Cat from the 1919 silent film era.
* Puss in Boots from the Shrek film franchise that started in 2001.
Which is your favorite? I think mine was either Garfield or Morriss.

@celticeagle Both Grumpy and my Peter are Snowshoe Siamese cats. Peter is not mean and oh his fur is like a mink coat in softness.
