I Don't Feel Okay

My head is aching, or maybe it is because of my TMJ disorder and hearing problem. Anyway, I pray that it will go away soon. I think the most triggering factor of my headache is that I don't sleep normally anymore. If I sleep in the morning and wake up in the afternoon, I feel like my head is splitting up - due to I skipped breakfast and lunch.
My headache is not just due to abnormal sleep, but also because I skipped 2 important meals.
So you also experienced the same thing?

Since you slept the whole day, maybe you should sleep tomorrow night?!?

Try sleeping early after some half an hour of exercise in the late afternoon or evening if possible, drink lots of water and wake up early in the morning for a half-an-hour brisk walk. Though uncomfortable, initially, it might discipline your bio-rhythm.

Having a sound, adequate sleep at night is essential for good health. Do you have insomnia?? If you do, consult your doctor. If you sleep a sound, refreshing sleep every night, you will never have this problem.

I am constantly looking out for my anxiety and I am glad when days go by and I do not get anxious, It is a hard thing to deal with, I do OK with one major meal per day,
