Have you tried Pretty Litter?

I know not everybody here has a cat, but if you do, have you ever changed that color changing litter that is supposed indicate health conditions? I have thought about getting for Nico, but although generally liked it sometimes gives false positives, plus it might stick to paws more. Plus it is super expensive. Tidy Cat has some kind of product for much less that supposedly does the same thing. I might try that

I have a dog, of course, but I buy pee pads for night use since it’s dangerous to go outside at night. The pee pads I buy now change color if something is wrong with your dog. I wish I’d had them when I had Annabelle. Maybe I could have intervened before she passed away.

I didn't know they had anything like that for dogs. I should get some for Jax. He has regular ones here..if he needs thembut friend could put some of them in his house.

@snowy22315 I got them on Amazon, but I’m sure places like Chewy or Petco sell them. I’m not sure about Walmart.

Sometimes they seem like they would be useful.

I might try Pretty Litter if I had only one cat. I find that Arm and Hammer works better than Tidy Cat when it comes to clumping and easier pick up.

Well, it might but Tidy Cat has a separate shake in the litter color changing crystals to indicate health conditions like Pretty Litter does. I haven't read any reviews if it really works or not

My friend didn't like it. It didn't clump and she felt like it got tracked out if the litter box more.

I heard about that Personally, the false positive I wouldn't like. What if you got all worried for nothing?

I have Tidy Cat now, but I'm not brand loyal.

I no longer have any fur babies; and they were always dogs.

I never heard of that litter. My kitty went outside to do his business, he had a favorite spot in the large field near the small stream.

No, but I have thought about getting it. The problem though is that Buster, one of our cats, don't like anything but clay litter. And it's expensive.
