I made the mini cinnamon rolls today..quite tasty. They would be even better with new super fresh tortillas. Simple to make and good. I would recommend putting parchment paper in the pan in case some of the filling leaks out

I am glad you enjoyed. I was just checking the original recipe to make them. It's not difficult, but the dough must rest because of the yeast.

@snowy22315 - Exactly, the taste is different but they are made in a very short time. In the past I made using puff pastry, those were good.

They sound delicious. Here, it will be the usual eggs, bacon, breakfast sausages, home fries, eggs for him and a strawberry-filled crepe for me. Our usual Sunday breakfast, but we love it.

@snowy22315 Yes he does, which means that we have it late morning and we only eat 2 meals on Sundays.
