Quiet Monday Morning

At least so far. The dogs and cats are snoozing. It's peaceful. I got 20 plus cactus cuttings into pots yesterday evening. I need to cut my big cactus plants back some more to. I might do that today. I want to start setting the area up where my table will be going too. This might be a good day for that. We are supposed to get rain tomorrow. We need it. Because of that I want to fill the new shopping cart also. Hope you have a good day.

We had a very long walk today, the weather is so beautiful. We walked also to the local library to get some books to read.

We keep having 50% chances of rain…but none ever happens and it’s still dry as a stone. Fire bans and fire warnings all over the county.

We always have burn bans during the day this time of year. A lot of that is because of the crops drying out

@wolfgirl569 We've had many years with them, and some without them. I've seen it rain so much the crops rotted in some of the fields because they couldn't be harvested, or that it was so dry that the crops never did mature enough to matter. This year they are doing fairly well. We just need some rain very soon.
