John survived his foot surgery and can drive again. We'll get together this afternoon and play some tunes. It's 76 F out, so I may sneak in a quick swim before I take off. My knee hurts, but I can walk on it. I keep my crutch with me as a precaution. Old age ain't for sissies. I think Jimmy Buffett said that, but I'm not sure. How is your Monday going? My latest music video seems to have some traction. I guess it's "politically relevant." Most of my MyLot friends have seen it, but I'll attach it anyway.

I'm sorry about your knee. What does the doctor say? Tomorrow morning I go for my kidney CT scan.

I have been in a cleaning and cooking mode all day. I hope I can get more done tomorrow. It's supposed to rain later--maybe. But they have said that nearly every day for about ten days, and it never rains...and it's SO dry and dusty. Have fun with your music buddies and your ''hair of the dog.''

I went to the doctor. My blood pressure was a little high and I got the flu and the HPV shot. I also worked on my best friend's diamond painting.
