Lost cat found 85 miles away in Virginia

Francine who is a cat that is part of the Lowe's hardware store family managed to get aboard a delivery vehicle which was at the store in Richmond Virginia in September 2025. The delivery vehicle took Francine to Garysburg North Carolina. Store cameras inside of the Lowe's store showed the cat enter the truck. The cat was located in Garysburg when the search parties used food, drones and humane traps to find her two weeks later. Lowe's store manager Mike Sida and store supervisor Wayne Schneider traveled to North Carolina to take back Francine to Virginia safe and sound. To make sure that Francine does not get lost again, she has a harness with a tracker on her since the old saying is true. The saying is "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
