When we have watched films for decades, there are some actors that we feel that they are immortal. Such was for me the actress Diane Keaton.
She was not the typical beautiful actress of the time when I started to watch her. But she was intelligent and witty so that her several roles stayed in my memory.
I just watched her again when I saw the Godfather movies for the nth time.
Her death, for me, is like the end of an era.
Rest in peace. You will be missed.

Thank goodness we have film so that these actors can continue to be seen and enjoyed. I remember her in The First Wives Club back in 1996. Such fun. She was great.
I learned of her passing yesterday and just couldn't believe it. I couldn't post on it.

I just watched her in a film a couple of weeks ago….the first of her films I had ever seen.
She seemed a nice lady …..

I heard about this. Baby Boom is another movie that she did which is quite cute.
