People here in my country is worried with what they call as The Big One. A powerful earthquake that will include the Metro Manila. As you see NCR or the national capital region is the most populated area in the Philippines. I hope and pray that it won't happen and God will spare our region. It will be very devastating. As of now earthquakes seem to be lesser now. Happy Weekend

Don't worry. They can forecast storms and hurricanes, typhoons , but so far they cannot predict when an earthquake will strike.

7.2 magnitude will be real big one and can be really devastating. Let's hope and pray that the prediction goes wrong. In such densely populated area, the devastation will be beyond measures.

I hope this is never going to happen. The south of Italy also fears a Big One, and you surely know that also California fears a very Big One that will detach the area of San Francisco from the rest of California.

hello kabayan! at first i could not help not to be worried and anxious too, i even carried a small emergency kit with me at work. By the way my location is Calabarzon. Then i read somebody from Philvocs said that these ongoing quakes are from a different fault line and not from West Valley Fault line which will trigger this so called Big One. So lets take note of that to ease our minds just a little bit.

I hope the earthquake doesn't impact on you. That's the last thing you need.
