Uneventful Friday / myLot

Happy Friday Everyone! Fall weather is here and I doubt we'll see warm temperatures again until the spring. Overnights have been very cold, bordering on the freezing mark but daytime has been decent. Yesterday I got some organizing done in my closet. Moved my short sleeve tops to one side and brought my long sleeves and sweaters to the other. Back in the day when I was really organized, one side of my closet was for summer clothes and the other side for winter. But, as time went on and more and more stuff found it's way to cluttering my closet I didn't have the room to maneuver around. I talk about organizing and decluttering that mess all the time but either I make little progress when I tackle it or I just never get around to doing it. What I would really like to do (and of course I'd need help) is take every darn thing out of the closet, sort through it all and only put back what I actually would wear and need. I'm sure only about 1/3 of all the stuff would make it back into the closet. Who knows maybe one day it will happen. I need a fairy godmother or a magic wand

Meanwhile, I'm enjoying my coffee and putting the closet out of my mind (at least for now). So, how's your day going? Anything fun planned for the weekend?

Going well so far Thank you. You would be horrified if you saw the shape of my closet. I have decided though to start with the shelves. I will do one shelf at a time. There aren't as much on the shelves as on the hangers or floor, so it shouldn't be super hard to straighten those up. What I really need to do though is just get crap out of there in the first place. it isn't supposed to be a junk storage space.

I’m finally getting rid of a wretched migraine I’ve had for a few days. Hallelujah! Today and tomorrow look to be our last day in the 80s, and then we drop to the 70s, finally! I do so much better without heat, even if my arthritis comes calling in the winter. I hope you have a fantastic day and weekend’
