Bear steals a bag of garbage from a trash bin

I can understand why a bear would steal a bag of garbage from a trash bin in Glendale California when the garbage can was knocked over next to the curb on Wednesday evening.
The bear was hungry since in the name of progress their homes in the forest are being taken away from them.
The good thing is that no one was hurt after the bear stole the garbage bag that was on the ground to eat somewhere else.
Officials in Glendale are asking residents to place the garbage indoors until the morning of the garbage collection. Good rules to obey in this case.

Animals are losing their habitats and coming down to find food where they haven't before. It is sad.

Many animal control officers are issuing warnings that bears will take over neighborhoods soon after the bears lose the forest home.

Homes should not be allowed to be built that close to a bear's home.
It must be hard to bear for the bears, with barely no food around due to such habitat invasion.

That is true since many wildlife officials are warning people that taking away the homes of bears will come back to haunt them.

That is true. The real life version of Yogi Bear.
