its evening here, its time to make myself an overnight oats for my lunch tomorrow. I have been watching my diet because im on meds for high cholesterol.. I read that rolled oats is healthier than instant oats, because it contains glucan and really high in fiber. My overnight oats has these: Rolled oats Chia seeds Dried cranberries Sliced almond Low fat milk Honey And whatever fruit in the fridge i could put later on.. could be grapes. I bought grapes earlier.

oh pretty much like mine. I saw on adds they make it so fancy like they put yoghurt, cinnamon.. but yoghurt here in ph is pricey.

Yes, they are much better for you than instant oats. It sounds like a good and tasty combo.

yes its tasty, the best for me is when it has mango.. maybe with yoghurt it is delicious too. You know on intagram they show different variety of overnight oaties you can make. they look enticing that i decided to prep em for me. Some even add cocoa powder.

I have it usually before going for work...I sometimes use jaggery powder for taste if honey is unavailable, with chia seeds and sliced almond. I used to have bananas, dates, raisins also but learnt that they shouldn't be taken on a daily basis. So if raisins and dates are there, no bananas...

I tried overnight oats one time, but eating it cold like it's supposed to be is just a weird texture for me. But your ingredients do sound delicious!
