Will you be giving out Halloween candy tomorrow? What kind will it be?

I went to an event this afternoon which was cute. It was sort of like a trunk or treat thing, but there were medical tents set up..the police etc. Some of the costumes and trunks were really neat, although som of the things that were advertised weren't there, things that would appeal to adults. Of course all the little improvised booths had Halloween candy. However, tomorrow it is going to be quite cold for Halloween. I doubt too many will be out and about, and no one is going to venture up this driveway. Last year they were advertising to give out candy at the end of your driveway if you wanted to participate..but I thought I would do it this year..Nope.

@snowy22315 I always answered the door at my parent’s house, but if the kids in this complex were doing it, it would be way too many kids to buy candy for I imagine. At least in low income housing.

If you going to be home with your light on better be prepared. I loved Bit o honey as a kid wss probably my favorite candy

@snowy22315 Mr. large Jack O Lantern has the front porch lit up nicely. We have a fancier neighborhood just to the left of where our neighborhood is- that is where most kids go. I've heard reports of 400 kids hitting a house there. And historic downtown has a party. So it has been pretty boring at our house the last couple of Octobers.

Kids would not be about trucking up that long dark driveway. The porch steps are steep too. I wouldn't want them up here honestly.

We don't have trick or treaters coming round. I'm not at home anyways.

No one ever comes to my house; and now that the rain put out my coach light, it's pitch black here at night. Cousin #3 will have to flip the breaker when she comes over Saturday morning.

Since the neighborhood is located near a school and businesses, there are not going to be many children on the streets tomorrow evening.
