Happy Halloween everyone!!!
2020 - The Invisible Man
The Invisible Man is a science fiction horror film written and directed by Leigh Whannell and loosely based on H. G. Wells's novel. It did well at the box office, bringing in $144.5 million on a $7 million budget.
Cecelia "Cee" Kass (Elisabeth Moss) is in an abusive relationship with a wealthy optics engineer, Adrian Griffin (Oliver Jackson-Cohen). One night Cee drugs Griffin and escapes with her younger sister, Emily (Harriet Dyer).
There is an article that states that Griffin committed suicide. Cee believes that he's still alive and is invisible. When the police refuse to believe her story, she decides to take matters into her own hands and fights back.
This movie is full of tension and plot twists and has a surprise ending.

Thanks. No kids stop by at my house; so it will be a quiet night.

So it is a loose and modern adaptation of Invisible Man.
Not sure if it is very exciting but can be worth watching.
Good that you enjoyed it.

I heard of it but never saw it. There is one movie that I don't think you have mentioned. It is in my opinion the scariest movie of all time. It is "Rosemary's Baby" made in 1968 starring Mia Farrow. Have you seen it?

Wasn't there a short-lived TV version starring David McCallum as the invisible one?

When it comes to The Invisible Man, it’s Claude Rains for me! Yes, I’ve seen the original. Shocked?
