Good morning, friends. It is late in the morning but I an feeling happy and VERY bright. Oscar has given me some extra meds and has changed me others and for some days I lived in a state of confusion not knowing what I was taking and if I would get poisoned by all the junk I take for health. Until today, my lonely gray cell lit up and I decided to write what I needed in the morning and what I needed at night and put it over the pill box fastened with cello tape. Briliant!!! I confess that I don´t much trust the pills but at least I won´t die by taking what I shouldn´t. I also know which meds are more important and which are just something that doctors prescribe just in case. Oscar found that I had high blood pressure and prescribed a pill. But I haven´t yet learned the name of it so that the written thing in the pill box is perfect. In a while I´ll write in the boxes what the pill are for. With that, I´ll be ready for my 80s. The last thing I´ll have to do for my health is to decide how to follow my father´s prescription for HBP. He was a biochemist so he knew. He took a small glass of Scotch every evening "for health reasons". I´m now wondering if I should drink Scotch or go against my principles and buy Jack Daniels that I like better. As you see, I´m doing my chores little by little. What are you doing today?
