Back to the series what have you found cheap lately?

I found a 3 lb bag of apples at Aldi for 1.99. That was a good price and are full size apples, not like the small ones I usually buy for that. They had cheap avocados there too, although I didn't get one. Bread was 1.25. Anything inexpensive on your radar, or going in your basket?

I did find a bargain this weekend on Thomas English Muffins. They were buy one get 2 free. One was $5.99 (which is crazy) but for 3 it's only $2 each. So, I bought 3 and put 2 in the freezer. Normally I get them in Walmart for $3.28 each.

Well, it isn’t very helpful, but I guess it applies. McDonald’s (at least ours) had a buy one get one free Sausage and Egg McMuffin today, and I took advantage of that. I now have/had breakfast for today and tomorrow for $2.13 each. As I needed something quick and filling, it works.

Hey, a deal is a deal! I had some chicken nuggets at McD's the other day. I think they were 4.11. Cheap din.

Good deal..the only problem for me is that Aldi is a kick from here. There are 3 within 45 minutes of here, but that is far enough that you wouldn't want to drive just to go there. I like the ones in a town North of here, Aldi and Lidl are within a half mile of each other. I will look in both when I am there. Also, one in the other direction has Aldi, Ollies, and Dollar Tree in the same strip mall. That's cool too.

@snowy22315 Oh yeah that's fire, stop n shop is closer to me but if I'm buying multiple packs of meat I take the extra 5 min drive to Aldi's to save money

Oh yeah, I know that. The Pittsburgh airport has a little mall in it though with some cute stores. The prices aren't outrageous.
