Southern fried chicken and fried potatoes …..

Yesturday I got some baby potatoes on offer and a couple of pieces of chicken. So for tea I parboiled the potatoes and fried them. The chicken I cut into bite sized pieces and tossed in southern fried coating. Popped them in the frying pan too. A quick and easy tea and it was delicious. What have you had for your meals today ?

My tummy has been kind of upset today so I've eaten soup twice and may have soup again later tonight. The chicken and potatoes sound good, though.

@Traceyjayne Thanks. Yes, it is. We keep cans of chicken and stars soup on hand, just in case. (It's not as good as homemade but when I don't feel good enough to make soup, it still works fine.)

It certainly sounds delicious. I mentioned this morning I had a sausage and egg McMuffin, and then for lunch I had two California rolls. I haven’t had supper yet.

Sounds delicious to me. We just had some dinner salad with some leftover marinated pork loin we had.
