Turned off the alarm for the next 2 days

I have it set on my phone for 5:30am each weekday. It will be nice to be able to sleep until whenever my body naturally wants to wake up. I've been going to bed pretty early each night when I have work the next day but I'm off for the next 2 days. CNN's Kaitlan Collins is having Bernie Sanders on her show "The Source" tonight which doesn't start until 9pm. I'm just going to try to power through to stay up to see it. If I can't I'll record it. I hope to stay up though. I can sleep as late as I want tomorrow. My sleep somehow is always nuts when I don't have work the next day. I don't stress about it though as long as I don't have to go to work. I can always nap. In any case I am glad I won't have to hear that dreaded alarm sound tomorrow.

My SIL would leave the alarm set if she didn't have to work next day just for the pleasure of being able to switch it off and go back to sleep.

It’s so hard to sleep in when your body clock says to wake up early. I’m glad for you though that at least you can nap.

I hate being 'alarmed' in the morning. Luckily I almost always wake up at the necessary time, and if I don't I have a clock radio set to a gentle classical music station.

I miss being able to sleep and nap. It was #2 on my bucket list for retirement.
