Danville firefighters answered an emergency call on Thursday November 6 about a house that was on fire. When the Danville Fire Department arrived on scene, they saw a detached garage on fire which spread to the house and was ready to devour another garage. The good news is that the residents of the home had left the home safely, The firefighters used a ground ladder to rescue one man who was on the second floor. After the man was rescued by the firefighters, he was treated by first responders who are employed by Arrow Ambulance and released on the scene of the incident. The authorities are investigating the cause of the fire. Link is newschannel20.com/news/local/fir...

I am in agreement with you that it takes a lot of courage to enter a burning building to save a life.
