It is early. But do not worry. You can have a turkey for Thanksgiving. A turkey worthy of your Thanksgiving. The turkeys are already out in the stores. They were in the three stores that I went to today. The stores already have Christmas stuff out to and lots of candy canes. I have a question to ask. How come there are NO chocolate turkeys to buy for Thanksgiving. That would be so nice.

No chocolate turkeys? I swear I have seen them. Unless you are talking about one the size of an actual turkey. That I have not seen. lol As for turkey, we have it every Thanksgiving, but it tends to be everyone's least favorite part of the meal. We always have a ham as well.

After years of turkeys I got tired of having a turkey every year. So I switch off and have something different some years.

@jstory07 We still have to have it for tradition. But I could take it or leave it, really.

There are quite a few companies that make chocolate turkeys. Type "chocolate turkeys" in your browser. Also check Amazon....I didn't check Walmart; but they usually have what Amazon has. My turkey dinner will be from Meals on Wheels this year.

I never really thought about it. Unfortunately, the Thanksgiving holiday has been bumped out of the way because people have been decorating and celebrating Christmas so early now.

I like Thanksgiving over Christmas no one is expecting a present.

@jstory07 I think that both holidays are special, but that Thanksgiving is often not celebrated or appreciated like it should be. It's a lot less stressful than Christmas.

I think I have seen chocolate turkeys before. Sometimes they are gaily wrapped in foil too.
