A Light Snack with Fresh Lime

A few days back, it was raining heavily, and my friend and I decided to park our car at a roadside café. If I remember correctly, its name was Central. We had fresh lime with soda, accompanied by a mixture of salt and sugar, and wonderful garlic toast bread topped with minced chicken. The waiter did serve a can of London Pilsner. It was a new dish I was trying, and I found it to be very nice. Once in a way, it is good to try a dish you haven't eaten before. I wonder what you all think about it?
