Our Poor Cat

Our cat, Mittens, got his cheek hurt somehow about two weeks ago. My grandson (the resident cat whisperer) cleaned it up and it was looking good and like it was on it's way to healing.
Then Mittens hit it and it started bleeding. Today his eye is all oozing, and it looks awful. How things change. Yeah, it's infected. My grandson and my daughter just took off to the vet.
Poor kitty. I hope to get a good report in a few minutes.

Oh, it was horrendous alright. I thought it would be about $300. It was twice that and a bit more.
