I found out my doctor is leaving the practice When we last left her she had an anxiety attack after my visit. I think the new job with no patient contact will be much more to her liking. I am planning to switch doctors..however, the one I was planning to go to,the one everyone loves doesn't have any openings for new patients until March. They said at old practice they will have the staff fill in for my doc's leaving..however, I am not thrilled with any of them. I think the new practice has walk insthough..and I don't think you have to be a patient there. I will find out more about that tomorrow

Thanks, it isn't a big concern at the moment because I have enough meds to last for quite some time.

@snowy22315 That's good. The entire medical situation is worrying. I never thought I'd be in the hospital then stuff happened and I sat in the hospital for a couple of days. I sure hope we can afford health insurance this coming year.

@sallypup Well you have your Medicare don't you? I would imagine that is staying somewhat stable.

Yeah, but you might need a compelling reason to walk in. I don't ave one.

I don't really know how many doctors are in the area but the new INE is one liked by all.

I am sure I will like the new doc, if I ever get to see him.

Good luck. My PCP moved further away; but I still go to her.

The new doc who I am hoping to go to is just across the street from the old one.

I had to smile at there being no doctors with no patient contact but I guess there are dozens of them.
