My odd breakfast this morning.

I had not eaten fried chicken in several weeks. I wanted some fried chicken.I realized that today was Friday, when Safeway cooks up some fresh fried chicken. It is way better than KFC's fried chicken. I bought a breast and a thigh this morning. I ate my fried chicken (half of a breast) with some corn on the cob on the side. No eggs. No bacon. No toast. What did you have for breakfast this morning?

I like that Safeway chicken myself. Breakfast for me was just plain toast. Speaking of Safeway, I need to do some grocery shopping.

For a moment I thought you bought raw chicken and you fried it. This morning we had muffins, a plain Greek yogurt and a clementine.

@TheHorse - Clementine is a citrus fruit hybrid between a mandarin and an orange. They are good, sweet and with no seeds.

I had a late breakfast of a legume (Daal) and Parantha (Fried Wheat Dough Bread). My breakfast varies and often on the weekends, it can instead be a combination of breakfast and lunch. And what did you had today morning?

The local Price Cutter makes chicken almost as good as KFC but I haven't gotten any of it in several weeks now and that does sound good. I ate the usual sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast this morning. I hope you're enjoying your day, pony.

@TheHorse Thanks. I only managed to get one of my errands done this morning. There was roadwork going on when I tried to go visit my brother and then something was going on with the high voltage lines leading to the local McDonald's when I tried to go there to pick up some burgers, chicken sandwiches and milkshakes. So I just came home.

I had a PB&J sandwich early this morning. It's 5:45 am; and I'm hungry again.

Hmm. Not foods that are usually on my radar screen. But they sound filling.
