Oh this thing has gotten to be more stress than I am up for these days. The members of the club agreed that they wanted to continue the one time a month bake sales before school as fundraisers. We had our first one last month and made almost $350.
Our second one is this Friday. There has been less of a response from members who want to make contributions. I've been posting in the Google Classroom encouraging students to sign up so we can continue to meet more than once a month. I was originally just planning to do homemade cinnamon rolls but I'm also going to do banana bread too because we need more stuff to sell. I already have all of the ingredients on hand so it isn't a big deal to add that in terms of $$. That being said it will take up a lot of time to do the cinnamon rolls as they have to rest/rise overnight before being baked. I'm going to have to start doing those tomorrow. I'm going to have to be at work by 6am on Friday.
We also are meeting on Monday to decorate cupcakes like turkeys. I gave them a deadline of today to let me know if they are attending so I can order supplies. I want to have enough for everyone (and a drop-in or 2) but not way more than I need. There are almost 90 students signed up on the Google Classroom and there's no way that many will actually show up.
Oh well I will just have to get it all done. I can't wait to see what small amount of $$ I get paid for advising this club.

I hope you get some satisfaction from the fact that so many students are interested.

Wow! That was a good bake sale!
I hope things turn out better than you think but, this close to Thanksgiving, I can see why people aren't signing up to contribute food to sell. When I still had friends and family over for the holidays, I wasn't interested in doing anything else.
