Freezing weather …..hot home made soup for lunch.

Oh my days, Winter is a coming …..and it certainly it cold ….well, freezing out there. As usual Mom and I have been shopping this morning ….we felt perished, like little snowmen we were …. Anyway, we have got some delicious home made veggie soup for lunch with some fresh crusty bread. Can’t beat fresh, home made soup on a freezing cold day. What is the weather like where you are ? Does a bowl of hot freshly made soup sound good to you ?

I just ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast. And no, it's 15C here so soup doesn't sound good. We also have a storm going on right now. And I'm going to have to drive in it... I don't like driving in rain or snow. At least it will be broad daylight while I'm driving. I should be able to see the lines painted on the highways and the turns I'll need to make. . Today is the first visit with the new endo so it should be interesting, at least.

It sounds delicious! I’m in Arizona, and it is 40 F (4 C) here right now. It will be warmer in Texas tomorrow.

Hot soup on a freezing cold day certainly does sound good. And some fresh crusty bread just adds more yum! It's cold here too and all that nasty winter weather is right around the corner. UGH
