KFC for tea……delicious

So we haven’t had KFC for ages, and there were a few offers on the app , so I suggested it to The Mister and Mom and both were happy to have it this week.
Friday is either eat out night or takeaway night.
Easier for us to have a takeaway when we are having the Grandkids ….sometimes there has been a wait if we eat out and then we are in a rush to collect the Grandkids.
So offer number one that Mom and I shared …..
10 pieces of chicken, four fries for £15.99
Offer number two that The Mister had …..
4 mini fillets, fries, drink and a dip.
I had The Misters drink and he had a piece of our chicken and some fries.
He doesn’t usually have chicken on the bone !
I think we enjoyed it all the more as we hadn’t had it in a while.

Our KFC chicken is not as good as it used to be. I had my usual sandwich, veggie poppables and yogurt.

Yes I had heard that. We have got Pipeyes here but that no where near as nice as KFC ….I heard it was the other way round over there.

@LindaOHio it was great coleslaw but I haven’t had any for ages. Popeyes is expensive and we found not as good as KFC.

@Traceyjayne KFC does make the best coleslaw. I heard that Popeye's here is extremely expensive.

@Traceyjayne Sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. I picked off the sausage, but I ate the rest. It was delicious.

KFC sounds really good to me but we don't have one around us anymore... We'd have to drive to the far side of Springfield (112 + km from our house) to have KFC.
Pretty woke up at noon today saying she was hungry so I took her to Taco Bell and she bought herself two dinners and put one in the fridge for this evening. I went to KFC and got 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. (I ate one double cheeseburger for lunch and will have one of the chicken sandwiches for supper tonight.)

Our KFC's all closed up several years ago in my area. To be honest, they were dirty and terrible--and two of them were only about a year old. Recently, they ''cleaned up'' one of the locations and reopened it. I haven't eaten there and don't plan to, the ratings are terrible and it seems many people are getting chicken that is not thoroughly cooked. Um...no thanks. I am glad yours is good and you enjoyed it.
