Nice sandwiches for lunch.

I still have leftovers. And I don´t want to eat too much. So I placed in the freezer most of the roasted pork, will make a couple of sandwiches for me and will share with Luna what is left.
After lunch, I hope that I can finish my book. AND a nap could be the best of it all.

Pork sandwiches are always good! I'm glad you have plenty left and will freeze some for later.
I finished one ebook during the night and started another before I fell asleep this morning. I just woke up and will go back to sleep in a little while.

There´s nothing better than a good sleep! Lately, I go to sleep very late and am sleeping a great part of the day.

@DaddyEvil It happens to me with the TV. I fall asleep with doctors doing incredible surgeries and wake up watching very fat people eating in a disgusting way. Wht does Pretty have to have her phone signed?

@marguicha I slept deep today and just woke up a few minutes ago when Pretty woke me up to sign her phone that she'd done her work for the day.
I had a dinosaur documentary playing on my laptop when I fell asleep and woke up to a Jaguar documentary playing.

Nice to have some goodies in your freezer. I hope you got a nice nap. My day is rather awful. I made myself get up because I have gotten into staying up too late and want to get back on track.

It was a busy day.
Health checkup for one of the family members consumed a lot of time.
Then we had some snacks and tea at a cafe.
Read newspaper and saw TV for some time and now spending some time here.
Enjoy your sandwiches.

I´m reading a very good book by a Mexican writer. It is a small book but I have been sleeping too much during the day and at night I don´t see well.

I remember one time we had roasted chicken for dinner, but we couldn’t finish it. So I just put the leftovers in the fridge. The next morning, I made some fried rice, and instead of using sausage like I usually do, I tossed in the leftover roasted chicken. It actually turned out pretty good!

It's so handy to have those leftovers - especially to have some for the freezer for another day. Reading time and a nap sounds great - hope you were able to get that in! I was driving a lot today - it was a busy day with not much rest. I'm sleeping early tonight

Lately I´m making sanswiches instead of cooking rice, pasta or potatoes. The weather is warm so I prefer cold food.

As soon as I'm done here, I will eat since I'm very hungry. I have nothing planned for today. I will probably tune in to the Cleveland Browns football game.
