Today my sister came for a longer visit than usual. I asked politely about her husband´s health but did not care for the answer really. He stopped being my friend over 10 years ago so now there´s nothing more to be said.
But we talked about her garden, her veggies and, as old ladies that we are, about our health.
And as I answered one of her questions, I moved my hands and she exclaimed that my nails were beautiful!
I was so happy!
It had been a long time since anybody praises me. And I hardly look at the mirror every day
I use a nail polish that is a nail hardener. I love it and not precisely for beauty. My nails crack if I don´t protect them.
