Over the weekend, we visited a couple of beaches about 3 hours away that had shallow water that you could wade in to quite some distance into the water. You can see my kids quite far away. Tte water was clear and the and was white. There was a stiff breeze that carried a cold nip, but the sun was still warm. It was an amazing time we had together. Do you like beaches with shallow waters?

The picture is really cool. It has been quite awhile since I’ve been to the beach.

With spring just starting, the weather if finally starting to get warmer and beaches are good places to be in.

YES! I love because I can walk into the water for a long distance without being scared.

@pitstop - I have a phobia for deep water, so I cannot swim.

Nice picture... I've never been on a beach that didn't drop off quickly once you stepped into the water, so I don't know if I'd like that or not. I'm glad you all enjoyed yourselves.

That's a great picture. I haven't been to a beach in 25 years or so.

Wow. That's a long time. How close is the nearest beach?

@pitstop Only 2 miles but it's Lake Erie. Nothing like the beaches down in the Florida Keys.
