What's for dinner? November 24

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm making quite the spread this evening. . . for just myself. When I wasn't planning to go to my second mom's house for Thanksgiving I ordered a turkey breast, gravy, potatoes, baby carrots, stuffing, etc. to make the traditional foods for myself. Well I changed my mind after her son texted me to say how excited he was to see me so, well, I'm making them tonight. It is fine. I can freeze most of the turkey for future use. The baby carrot recipe is new to me so I am interested to see how it turns out. I'll bring some leftovers for lunch tomorrow at work. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I had some semi homemade pizza with one of those crusts that come in a bag. and need to be prepared.. it was pretty good., and had some salad with it.

Well, I had some canned ravioli. It came from that bag of groceries my church gave me a few weeks ago. The kitchen situation is a little precarious with the towels down to mop up the lake, and that makes it a bit difficult to get around in there. So ravioli was on the menu, and hey, it wasn’t bad.

I just ate a bowl of pasta for late lunch. Pretty asked for biscuits for supper and I saved out some browned hamburger and onions for supper. That should go well on the fresh biscuits.
