Weight is back down again

After losing 90 pounds several years ago my weight has fluctuated 10-15 pounds in one direction or another over time. Sometimes I just can't keep food down. Sometimes I can eat just fine. Sometimes it is just due to the nature of what I've been eating. I don't obsess over my weight. As long as I'm 180 pounds or under I'm fine with that. As long as my pants fit I'm fine with that. Yeah I'm at the same low I was at last year at this point in time. I actually have been eating fine and regularly but this morning I was at 163 pounds. I remember texting my sister last Thanksgiving morning that I was 162. I have certainly noticed the change over the past couple of weeks because my underwear is baggy and my pants are constantly falling down. I will look for smaller sizes on Black Friday because I can't keep wearing this stuff. Baggy undies are annoying but the fear of my pants falling down in front of a room of teenagers is terrifying.

I share your fear. Once, I wore a skirt that was pretty loose, to church. All morning, I felt as if it were going to fall. God was merciful though, because it wasn’t until I pulled into the driveway and got out of my car (I was living with my parents then), that my skirt finally fell to my knees. Thank goodness no one was around to see (that I know)! I’ve lost 37 pounds since September, and I’m trying to get 20 more off, but I knew I wasn’t going to lose anything on vacation. Good for you for losing those 90 pounds; that’s a hard thing to do.

I worked really hard at the gym for years to do that.

If I had been around at the time, you KNOW I'd post about you dropping your skirt in the driveway... I don't keep my phone ready for epic photos so there probably wouldn't be a picture to go with the post, though.

You worry too much... You KNOW teenagers would NEVER say anything if your pants hit the floor during class, nor would they take pictures and post them online with "cute" captions under them, like; "Favorite teacher is so excited over her students' great grades that she's jumping out of her jeans for joy!" Or something like that. I hope you find jeans you like Black Friday.

It doesn't bear thinking about! Having your pants fall down. Wouldn't the class go into hysterics??
